How are cashback, rewards and bonus' paid to me?
Cashback and rewards are paid to you by cheque. All your earnings will be added to your Amount Available in the Cashback Payments section of your Profile. When you reach €5 or more, you can click "Send my Cheque" on your Payments page and we'll send the cheque directly to the adress you specified when you signed up for Complete Savings.
Please check your Personal Details in the My Account page to ensure your details are correct. If no address is present in your account, you will be unable to request your earnings. They will remain in your Amount Available until you update your information and request them.
